Faith in the Peaks and Valleys
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
— Joshua 1:9
Welcome to Bipolar Christian
Faith in the Peaks and Valleys
Hi, I’m Joshua—and I created this space for people like me who live with both a diagnosis and a calling.
Living with bipolar disorder while walking out a life of faith isn’t easy. The highs can make you feel untouchable, and the lows can make you question everything—even God. But over the years, I’ve discovered something powerful: grace runs deeper than the extremes.
This site is a place to process, reflect, and share what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) along the way. It exists for a few reasons:
- To offer devotions shaped in the middle of the storm
- To share honest reflections on faith and mental health
- To encourage others walking through similar valleys
- To help family, friends, and supporters better understand the journey
Whether you’re navigating bipolar disorder yourself, supporting someone who is, or just exploring how mental health and faith intersect—you are welcome here.
This isn’t a place for perfect answers, but it is a place for real hope.
There is light—even in the storm.
There is hope—even when it’s hard to feel.
And there is always a God who walks with us through it all.
Let’s walk this road together.
